CONCEPT
Highlake is a collection of one-acre residential homesites designed to allow for increased privacy while maintaining a sense of community. We envision larger homes with gracious outdoor living spaces and mature landscaping.
ARCHITECTURAL STYLE
The design of homes in Highlake will be focused on classical, European-inspired architecture. Because of the larger home sites, the vision of the developer is to set the homes farther back on the lot — creating the opportunity for an arrival court or private gate. While the design of each home will be unique, the developer intends to focus on the use of high-quality materials and craftsmanship to unify the homes and provide a timeless appeal.

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Lot Selection
Meet with our team to learn more about which property will be best suited to your needs. Our team will help you consider the different aspects of each lot in the context of your priorities.

Plan Development
Once a lot has been secured, you can begin working with the approved architect of your choice to develop residential concepts and floorplans for your new home. Our team can help to facilitate this process if you prefer a more guided approach for the design of your home.

Home Construction
As the design phase progresses and plans are finalized and a builder is selected, the construction of your home will begin to take shape. Generally, custom homes in Highlake will take 12-18 months to construct — depending on the size and complexity of the finishes.
