The design of homes in Highlake will be focused on classical, European-inspired architecture. Because of the larger home‑sites, the vision of the developer is to set the homes farther back on the lot — creating the opportunity for an arrival court or private gate.
While the design of each home will be unique, the developer intends to focus on the use of high-quality materials and craftsmanship to unify the homes and provide a timeless appeal.
