As licensed pool contractors, they streamline the home and pool build, while their in-house Project Coordinator works directly with the designer using an organized project playbook to keep everything on track. While our preferred partners are the most direct route, you may build with your own licensed contractor at Highlake. All builders and home designs require approval from the developer and the Architectural Review Committee.

The committee evaluates the proposed design against the European-inspired aesthetic and material standards of the community.
Once approved, your builder joins your project. We remain available throughout construction to support a smooth build.
