A considered layout of eighteen estate-sized homesites — each kept generous, each privately framed, among the live oaks of South Louisiana.
Drawn to maximize privacy while fostering community — each homesite generous, each privately framed.
Two ways to read the land — a rendered overview, and an interactive map where each homesite reveals its status, address, acreage, and selected builder.

All home sites include one acre of land — at minimum. Actual dimensions may vary. Lots may not be subdivided; lots may be combined with Developer approval. Minimum setbacks are 50′ in the front, 25′ on each side and the rear. Accessory buildings may be constructed up to the property line with Developer approval. Trees shown on site plan are for illustrative purposes only.
A view from above — the lay of the land, the curve of the streets, and the placement of each homesite within the larger composition.

Rendered site plan for reference only. Dimensions, scale, and features shown are subject to change and may not be accurate in every detail. As shown, Lot 1 and 2 have been combined to show a single home on two lots.
A considered short list — the bones of an enclave designed to feel both quiet and connected.
A site visit is the best way to understand each homesite — the orientation, the trees, the relationship to neighboring lots. Reach out and we'll arrange a private preview at a time that suits you.
